The Project
Founded in 1954, Whistlestop promotes the independence, well-being and quality of life for older adults and people living with disabilities in Marin County.
Whistlestop is primarily known for it’s most visible service – transportation. Their goal for this redesign included increasing awareness of their services beyond just providing transportation. The website also had to be very accessible and intuitive to its core demographic of older adults.
We created a site that is easy to navigate and highlights commonly accessed information. Utilizing a content management system, Whistlestop can now more easily promote upcoming events to the people they serve as well as communicate more effectively with donors.
